If your truck has intermittent no-start issues, a melted connector, or a loose trigger wire at the starter, this is the fix.

This starter solenoid pigtail is a direct replacement for the factory connector on 2003–2018 Ram Cummins trucks. It replaces Mopar part number 68486185AA and restores a solid, reliable signal between the ignition circuit and the starter solenoid.

We build this harness using automotive grade SXL wire. SXL uses cross-linked polyethylene insulation that handles higher heat, resists abrasion, and stands up to oil and chemicals better than standard primary wire. That matters in a diesel engine bay.

The connector housing is OEM style for proper lock and fit at the starter. Terminals are properly crimped for long term reliability.

Materials
