Warranty Coverage

  • We offer a one-time replacement for any defective or damaged cable or component.
  • We strive to be fair and reasonable, and in many cases will approve warranty claims even if damage occurred accidentally.
  • Claims may be denied in cases of clear misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

Warranty Replacement Process

  • Once a warranty claim is approved, a $14 shipping fee will apply to send the replacement part.
  • An invoice will be sent based on your original purchase source.
  • Once the invoice is paid, your replacement will be built and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • We will replace the affected components at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • Please contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Why We Charge a Shipping Fee

The small shipping fee helps cover the cost of materials, labor, and rising shipping expenses, while still allowing us to provide fast and flexible warranty service.
