Ceramic Headlight Sockets

We saw all the headlight harnesses being offered, and we knew we could do better…and we did! We’re using automotive grade SXL wire (think Mercedes or BMW quality) and ceramic headlight sockets (for maximum heat resistance from high-output bulbs). The lengths are wrapped in high-temp split loom for heat and abrasion resistance. This complete package allows your headlights to receive the maximum amperage for the maximum light output!

NEW! We modified our headlight harness to have the factory fog light connection. The small pig tail wire coming off the driver's side relay harness connection will connect to the small red wire on your factory (97-01 only) harness. This fixes the problem of the high beams turning on but not shutting off. If you don't have factory fog lights, no problem just secure the pig tail with a little electrical tape and you're good to go.

 

 


Materials

Our Big7 Kits are built with 100% fine strand SAE rated pure copper wire and a flexible J1127 jacket. Ends are crimped with a gas-tight electromechanical crimp rated for 700lbs of pull force. Protected by marine grade heatshrink for corrosion resistance.

Successful project by a Rookie.

After watching a couple different videos, I was able to easily install the new cables, and Everything needed was included. Now the lights on my ‘93 are a noticeably brighter, may consider new headlamps as well.

Flickering headlights solved by this harness. Unloaded 30-yr old wiring harness and dash switch. Jeeps should have come from factory with relays.

There are cheaper copies. From China. And likely lesser quality. Not for me.

Please use right angle plugs rather than straight!

When using the harness with Hella H4 headlights the headlight connector is smashed against the body behind the headlights. The original headlight plugs are right angle instead of the straight in ones in your harness. As a mechanic of over 30 years, I don’t like connectors and wires being smashed up against metal.
