Return & Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less the 10% restocking fee). You are responsible for any shipping costs not a result of an error on our part. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Return Conditions
  • If products were ordered in error, or a mistaken product order, then you must pay for return shipping, prior to any credit being issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.
  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same or equivalent product.
  • Wrapped kits are considered "special order items" and if returned, the cost of the wrap is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We cannot accept returns for items such as: installed products, opened electrical products, custom items, closeout or clearance items, and special order items. These items cannot be returned.
  • Your Order Number, Name and Address must be included with the return otherwise we cannot refund your purchase.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, included materials, manuals, and all accessories. Items will be inspected for compliance upon receipt. We cannot accept returns on previously installed products.
  • You are responsible for any damages to the returned product while in your possession and/or during return shipping.
  • The return is subject to change, due to the condition of product noted during inspection, once returned to Big7Kits.com.
  • A restocking fee of 25% applies to any opened, unused item that prohibits if from being sold "as new".      
  • If the product is deemed not able to be restocked or resold, the customer will be responsible for providing a shipping account number to have product returned to them, or product will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
